Product introduction

The natural gas metering skid consists of two ball valves,one orifice Valve and a bypass.It operates by opening the front and back valves of the orifice valve flowmeter, closing the bypass valve and using the differential pressure transmitter, pressure transmitter, and temperature transmitter on the pipeline to measure the flowrate of natural gas.When replacing the orifice plate, just close the front and back valves of the orifice valve flowmeter and open the bypass valve. Then plates can be replaced online without shutting the well, thereby reducing the risk and difficulties of operating and achieving continuous production with measurement.The computer collects the signals of orifice plate differential pressure, upsteam orifice pressure and temperature. Calculating according to SY/T6143-2004 in "Measurement Standard of Natural Gas", the instantaneous flowrate can be obtained under standard conditions, and the cumulative gas flow can also be obtained by integral computation for instantaneous flowrate.
