Steam-heat exchangers are used to raise the temperature of the well effluents to prevent hydrate formation, reduce viscosity, and break down emulsions for efficient separation of oil ,gas and water, providing heat directly from adequate steam usually supplied by a steam generator. The heat exchanging efficiency of this kind of method is higher and can eliminate potential fire risk.Heat from the steam is transferred to the tubing bundle and in turn, to the fluid. The coil pipes are divided into upstream and downstream, equipped with an adjustable nozzle in the middle. The nozzle allows more and sufficient heat exchanging by reducing the flowrate of fluid passing through downstream coil pipes.
