Flare ignition device is equipped to burn on the oil and natural gas drilling field in case of flammable and poisonous gas overflow while drilling and eliminate the harm to the environment and ensure safety.The ignition is controled by a small control panel installed on the vertical pipe, and at the foot of the device, there is a small tank to store natural gas for igniton. Generally, the flare ignition device matches another device which is mud gas separator. They are used together to process the combustible gas at the drilling site.The gas and mud mixture from the drilling gets into the mud gas seperator first, then the gas in the mud will be removed out and guided to the flare igniton device by a hose. It is generally installed at least 50 meters away from the drilling site.
