Water Jacket Heater is a widely used heating equipment with energy-saving and environmental protection,especially for oil production and gas transmission in oil and gas field. In the wellhead production,crude oil and natural gas must be heated to a certain temperature to avoid gas hydrate and lower viscosity in order to meet requirements of following equipments operating and delivery. With natural gas or light oil as fuel and water as transfer medium, after fire burning in the burner,the heat generated passes flare tube to water, and coil pipes immersing in the water absorb heat from water,thereby the temperature of natural gas or crude oil in coil pipes rises.This indirect heating method is very safe,effective and reliable.
